A Dancing Showcase at Patrick Henry Elementary
Patrick Henry Elementary Schools enrichment dance program students will be performing on Friday, April 25th at 7:30 PM, in a DANCE SHOWCASE. The showcase is made possible through a partnership sponsor, the Patrick Henry PTA, with dance teacher Marsha Savchenko. The evening's event is a fund raiser for the school's PTA. Mrs. Savchenko's Spanish Ballet & Flamenco students participating in this program will be a highlight during the evening and will have the experience of being part of a small production with other dancers. Mrs. Savchenko and her husband, Dmitry, will be showcasing most of their students in the showcase. Marsha and Dmitry Savchenko are professional ballroom dancers who have competitive and social dance students. The program will showcase and feature mostly social dancing and folk, flamenco, and Spanish dance.
Although most of their student body, currently, consists of beginning and intermediate level dancers, the material and expectations Marsha & Dmitry require of their students are by far more than just beginning or intermediate concepts! Several students will be taking on the challenge of dancing 2-5 numbers each! The showcase will include professional exhibition dancing, too.
A SPECIAL FEATURE of the evening will be General Dancing before the show and during intermission when the lobby will be transformed into a dance floor! Bring your DANCING FEET!
This event is OPEN to the public.
Proceeds raised will be donated to the Patrick Henry PTA

My wife and I really enjoyed this performance. Colorful, passionate, beautiful. Everyone was just exciting to watch. Keep up the good work and keep us update with the upcoming events. Can't wait to see more.
