This team is dedicated to dance artistry and incorporates many forms of dance such as ballroom elements, flamenco, jazz, & many more. The team was developed in the Spring of 2007 and has performed for several events and present their work at local competitions. The team is a tightnit group of ladies who enjoy dancing & friendship. This class is for both Men & Women! Learn exercises, drills, & dance sequences of how to use your arms & torso,for a better connection, frame, and styling. This class focuses on the individual and does not require partnerwork, however, concepts are explained in how these movements apply to partnerwork and most importantly to give each student a better understanding of his/her body movement.
